These terms explain how you may use this website and how we handle the details you give us when you register your interest. By using the website or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website or the form.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Submitting the “Register your interest” form tells us you’d like to hear more about Nuraling. It doesn’t create an account or a contract, and it doesn’t commit you to buying anything.

We may contact you by email about Nuraling and your interest in it. Please give accurate details, and only submit your own.

When you submit the form, we record:

• your first name, last name and email address;
• your company name, if you choose to give it;
• the date and time you agreed to these terms; and
• the IP address your submission was sent from.

We don’t ask for or record anything else through the form.

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your interest and contact you about Nuraling;
• keep a record that you agreed to these terms; and
• protect the form from spam and abuse, which is what your IP address is used for.

Under UK data protection law, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who ask to hear from us and in keeping our website secure. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

We use trusted service providers who handle your information on our behalf and only as we instruct: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores form submissions in its data centres in Western Europe, and an email provider we use to notify our team of new submissions.

We may also disclose your information if the law requires us to. We don’t share it with anyone else.

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to follow up on your interest in Nuraling. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@nuraling.com.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To do any of these, email hello@nuraling.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website, for example which parts of a page they scroll to and select. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.

The content on this website is for general information about Nuraling. We may change or remove it at any time, and while we work to keep it accurate, we don’t guarantee that it’s complete or up to date.

The website, its content and the Nuraling name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Other companies’ names and logos shown on this website belong to their owners.

Please don’t misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works or submitting the form automatically.
